After 23 years in real estate, I’ve learned that your greatest legacy isn’t your sales volume—it’s how people feel after crossing your path. Share your knowledge, celebrate others’ successes, give your time freely, work hard without losing your humanity, and bring kindness, loyalty and respect into every room. Deals close. Markets change. Character lasts.

Be kind. Gene always promotes 'Be kind'. To your clients, title rep, escrow rep, lender, home inspector, Insurance rep. and other agents. Send birthday, anniversary, condolence and/or holiday cards.
Hand write a note thanking them for their assistance on a recent transaction or lead. Give them the Oprah/Nordstrom's treatment. Don't be that 'other' agent. Be kind. Answer your phone.

Chuck Simons - Insight 375

Be a person of integrity. Don't 'dance' around an issue. Be honest with your client and other agents. You will get a reputation and reputations stay for along time. True, agents may not stay in this profession long, but those of us who do stay remember. Do what you say you are going to do. Follow the guidelines of the contract. Remind your client to stay within the boundaries of the contract. Answer you emails, texts and answer your phone!

It is so important tho find the client's needs. It is the only way we can help people. The more we help people, the more they will recomend you.

We don’t just open doors. We help our clients navigate the decisions and challenges that come with every move. Some transactions will be easy. Others will test your patience. But every client is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.

Sonya Hamad - Insight 369

Your real estate journey starts with mindset!

For buyers, it’s easy to focus on what a home doesn’t have instead of seeing its potential.

For sellers, it’s easy to get emotionally attached to a number instead of looking at what the market is telling you.

My role is to help my clients step back, look at the bigger picture, and make decisions based on their goals, not fear or pressure.

The right strategy starts with the right perspective. 🏡

Sam Silver - Insight 368

When choosing a real estate agent, look beyond the usual promises. Ask how they plan to market your property, who they can reach, what networks they belong to, how they use video and social media, and how they communicate results. Experience matters, but so do strategy, resources, relationships, and follow-through.

Sam Silver - Insight 367

“I don’t look good on video.”
“I don’t like my voice.”
“Nobody will follow me.”

How many opportunities do we lose because of limits we put on ourselves?

You can’t control who watches, likes, scrolls past, or what someone thinks about your content.

That part isn’t your job.

Your job is to show up, share your message, and give people a chance to connect with you.

Sometimes the biggest limitation is the one we create ourselves.
