Brian Hulz is a longtime Santa Clarita resident, experienced real estate professional, and someone who genuinely loves this community—its neighborhoods, its outdoor lifestyle, its opportunities, and, yes…cars.
Brian has called the Santa Clarita Valley home since 1971, giving him a level of local knowledge that can only come from growing up here. He had a front-row seat as Santa Clarita transformed from a quiet community of roughly 50,000 residents into the thriving city it is today.
Brian believes Santa Clarita is one of the best places in the country to live, work, and raise a family. He and his wife, Barbara, raised their two children, Alyssa and Gunnar, here, and his mother still lives in Brian’s childhood home in the original Old Orchard II community.
His roots run deep. Brian and his children attended Old Orchard Elementary, Placerita Junior High, and Hart High School. From schools and neighborhoods to hiking trails, mountain biking, lakes, and outdoor recreation, Brian doesn't just sell Santa Clarita—he's spent most of his life experiencing everything the valley has to offer.
Brian's path to real estate is just as diverse as his hometown knowledge. In the mid-1980s, he proudly served in the U.S. Army and later in law enforcement with the Baldwin Park Police Department. He then spent many years in the automotive industry while buying, selling, and investing in real estate throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.
After more than 25 years of personally buying and selling homes while maintaining a career in the automotive industry, Brian made the decision in 2017 to focus exclusively on real estate.
