I just talked to a Real Estate Coach. She says she is her own coach. Rare is the person who can go it alone. At what cost? Time? Education? Or Transperancy and getting kicked in the tuckus? Are you teachable? Do you have a growth mindset? 'I do not need anybody telling me what to do!' or the better one "There's so many youtube coaches for free", "do I need a coach?" thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force...
