Be a person of integrity. Don't 'dance' around an issue. Be honest with your client and other agents. You will get a reputation and reputations stay for along time. True, agents may not stay in this profession long, but those of us who do stay remember. Do what you say you are going to do. Follow the guidelines of the contract. Remind your client to stay within the boundaries of the contract. Answer you emails, texts and answer your phone!
