With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the food and consumer products industry, Viviano Del Villar Jr. brings a unique business perspective to mortgage lending. Having served as President, COO, and CEO of multimillion dollar organizations, he has built his career around developing strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and delivering results through integrity, accountability, and exceptional service.

Viviano recently transitioned into the real estate and mortgage industry, joining his brother at Rancho Mortgage, a family-owned mortgage company. This new chapter allows him to combine his business experience and passion for helping people with the lending expertise and resources of the Rancho Mortgage team.

His approach is straightforward: listen first, understand each client's needs, explore available financing solutions, and provide honest, responsive guidance throughout the process. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, self-employed borrowers, or clients facing unique financing challenges, Viviano is committed to making the lending experience clear, personal, and efficient.
