Gene Bleecker is a recognized real estate marketing innovator, industry leader, author, and network builder with more than 38 years of experience in title insurance, real estate marketing, professional development, and business networking. Throughout his career, he has created award-winning marketing programs, educational forums, and collaborative networks that have helped thousands of real estate professionals grow their businesses and strengthen their industry relationships.

Beginning his career in title insurance in the mid-1980s, Gene quickly earned recognition for his sales achievements and leadership, serving multiple terms as Affiliate Chairperson for the Association of Realtors and receiving numerous honors, including Salesman of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, the President's Trophy, and the industry's first Triple Crown of Title achievement.

Over the decades, Gene developed many influential programs and organizations, including The Gold Club, Hot Listing Directory, Creative Marketing Advantage (CMA), The Advisory Group, The Real Estate Forum radio show, and several concierge and business networking organizations throughout Southern California. His work has consistently focused on bringing professionals together to share knowledge, build relationships, and create opportunities for mutual success.

In 2023, Gene launched the Executive Academy of Real Estate Professionals, an exclusive network designed to recognize and promote top-performing real estate professionals who demonstrate excellence in client service, professionalism, leadership, and community involvement. The Academy currently serves multiple Southern California communities and continues to expand into new markets.

Inspired by the prestige of Hollywood's Academy Awards, Academy members receive personalized branding opportunities, professional biographies, video profiles, networking events, and access to a powerful collaborative marketing platform. Each chapter is intentionally limited in size to maintain exclusivity and encourage meaningful professional connections.

Gene is also the author of Real Estate 101 and Bright Stars to Real Estate Success (2026). He founded the Bright Stars platform, EABrightStars.com, the Geneius Thoughts Podcast, and Bright Stars Magazine to provide real estate professionals nationwide with free access to mentorship, business insights, leadership development, and success strategies from respected industry leaders.

Beyond his business accomplishments, Gene has led numerous charitable initiatives supporting local schools, youth programs, and families throughout Southern California.
